The Pine Valley Repeaters ARC Richland County ARES/RACES were one again in attendance at the Richland County Fair. We set up our trailer and were on hand to introduce fair goers all about Amateur Radio. We also were watching the weather encase any storm arose. Along with that we were a contact point for fair goers needing help with anything like directions to event or what time events started. We also helped the EMTs out by being a contact point for people needing any type of medical assistance. Another area we helped in was with the Richland County Sheriffs Department with their booth and talking about public safety. All and all the fair was a good time. Here are some photos from the fair.
